nandos

Silly question..
Anyone know the nutrional breakdown of nandos food such as a double chicken pitta?
Just curious as to how fattening their food it.
Its one of the only 'takeaway' foods i am allowing myself to eat as a little treat.

is estimate the nutritional content to be ok really as long as you ge tthe spicy rice and not the chips. Leave out the mayo in the pitta as its full of nasty stuff. chicken is say is around 160-170g of uncooked weight chicken in there in total. Ive had nandos on a few occasions and isnt really a cheat meal but a bloody good change of pace

Get it in you the chicken is brill as is the salad also get some of that bottomless fat free yogurt inside you. I was in Durham last week with work and I went to Nandos every night of the week for some chicken to take back to my hotel.

    nicely put.

    my thoughts exactly.

though it irritates me that, except for corn, they refuse to sell vegetables.
