It's a blessing if you make it one.

Let's see your diet.. see if we can spot some things to help you with.

You might want to mention the amount of exercise you get as well. Make sure to put the times in with the meals and training as well.. that can help.

What are the rest of your stats?

Definatly say its a blessing. If you ever experience the tantrums of cardio and dieting the youll really see it as a blessing.

have to admit changing my job would probably do more than changing my diet.I weigh in at around 130 lb I eat every 2-3 hrs roughly 4500 cal a day.

but work as a cycle messenger so 4500 cals is easy to burn

finally decided i'm a much better endurance athlete

I've always had low body fat, and i think the combination of muscle using more cals than fat and my work means theres nothing leftover for growth

i started at 130lbs finished at 230lbs now cutting down so you can do it

Either change job or just keep increasing calories until you start gaining

Use caloric dense foods.. a lot of the fat sources are useful for this. Can use carb sources as well to add on the calories.. you don't have to be completely clean with the food sources if it's really that difficult.. you can afford some easy calories in there if you'd like.

Let's see what the actual times and meals are like.. can you post your diet in more detail please?
