Use caloric dense foods.. a lot of the fat sources are useful for this. Can use carb sources as well to add on the calories.. you don't have to be completely clean with the food sources if it's really that difficult.. you can afford some easy calories in there if you'd like.
Let's see what the actual times and meals are like.. can you post your diet in more detail please?
