Are you planning to omit leg training from your routine?

Robert is right. Only a few sets of squats a week will do wonders especially if you've never worked them with weights before.

ok then, ill do a few sets of squats a week, i have time for that.

ive been reading that a muscle group takes 6 to 7 days to recover when mass builing. what about abs, can we work them more often, does one bulk build abs or jst cut them. ......basically if someone could tell me what i need to do to make my abs appear more impressive that would be great.

    cheers, josh

Unfortunatly, if you want to see your abs you will have to have an apropriate body fat level, all the sit ups in the world won't achieve that on their own. The body fat level necessery to do this will vary from person to person (below 10% at a guess!). Check out the nutritian forums to improve your diet.
