ok then, ill do a few sets of squats a week, i have time for that.
ive been reading that a muscle group takes 6 to 7 days to recover when mass builing. what about abs, can we work them more often, does one bulk build abs or jst cut them. ......basically if someone could tell me what i need to do to make my abs appear more impressive that would be great.
