need advice Please help

Hello to all

Im just getting into Bodybuilding and just brought my self a load of weights, dumbbells, and a good bench and now have a room with them all in so I can start on my body. But what I would like to know is 1 how long is it going to take me to get a good body up to say something a little smaller then that singer who use to be on TV called Peter Andre if anyone knows him. I want that kind of body but maybe a little smaller do you recommend any good steroids that will do it much faster for me? Now the other thing is im a vegan and vegetarian so the steroids I want to find must be free from all animal products. I use to do training about 4 years ago and got to the point where I could bench press 80KG and could do around 25 of them and then I would stop for a rest, but because I have not done it for so long I can no longer lift that kind of weight and now I can bench press 20kg plus the bar so around 23KG in total and can do around 15/20 of them on my chess before I need to stop. Is 20KG really crap to lift does this make me week? Im just over 21 and im just over 11 stone and 5 ft 11 and really want to get my body up to a good size but nothing like mr arnold. And the other thing I would like to know is am I better off increasing what im lifting and doing less of them or sticking with the 23KG and doing 15/20 of them? I really need advice if I should take the weights up so they are much harder to lift but then do less of them or should I be doing less then 15/20 or is this the correct amount to do?

Any help what so ever or a web site I can go to or a phone number to ring to find out more would be great

Thanks for reading

Yeah sorry what I meant by steroids was like shakes and stuff I thought it was the same sort of thing. yes 80KG is what I use to lift but like I said that was a very long time ago and since I stopped for so long I can no longer lift that kind of weight. what’s wrong with pete then? I was just using his body as an example of the kind of body im trying to achieve.

    Thanks

shakes and steroids are in no way similar

have a good read across the site

there are some good posts in the supplements forum on possible shakes and powders you can add

    are you vege or vegan?

IMO its time to soend a few hours enjoying the site and learning some new things and see where it takes you

    good luck

Thanks mate i'll take a good read

iv been vegetarian for 6 years and vegan for 2 years so I want to get something that is suitable for me. Can I ask if I don’t use anything how long it would take me to see a change in my body? And the other thing I really would like to know please is what I said in my first post, should i add more weights and do less of them or keep it how it is?

    Thanks alot

do max of 8 reps, (if you want to gain muscles) and do 3 sets, and do the highest possable amount you can lift.

keep doing that weight untill you can do upto 12 reps then move up a few KG.
