need advise on food

hi, i am a 25 year old male, weigh bout 85k, and train bout 4 times a week.

i need some diet advise on how to bulk up, have been training for a year now and not nuch gains, am about to start a couse of d-bol as well.

my diet consists of

7.30 - protein shake, 1 toast with fried egg

10.00 - sandwhich, chicken or tuna with salad

1.00 - protein shake and pasta with chicken or tuna

4.00 - mackrel with chips and pea, carrots, brocilli

6.00 - train

7.00 - protein shake and oat cakes with cheese and tomato

9.00 - 4 sausages.

    your going to have to provide a nutritional breakdown of your diet. Given you say you want to bulk it doesnt appear to be a great deal of food unless the portions are huge.
    Break the meals down into protein carbs and fats (grams) and then repost one of the nutritional gurus will be able to advise.
    On the other point, you have been training 1yr, seen no real gains and are starting dbol. Is it not a bit premature? I'd nail the diet and training before investing in any other supplements. Just my opinion.

    No need IMO.

    Just give protion sizes mate. Although its clear, your not eating enough..

    9.00 - 4 sausages.
