RE: need help in training.
my main aim is to shape up by summer. at the moment i train 5 days a week. on moday i train my chest, tuesday back, wednesday arms, thursday shoulders and on a friday i like to cover all my body parts by doing 2 exercises on each. each day i do 5 different exercises on each body part and change them regulary to work different muscles. at the moment im on a protein diet eating fish, tuna, prawns, protein supplements etc. is they anything else i can do to see more improvents on my body.
