need help in training.

im 24, been doing weight lifting for 2 yrs now. on and off. i weight in at 14stones, recently losing half a stone to cardio. i wanted to get to my desired weigth before i start to cut up. i do abs everyday i train and work each muscle once a day. i need some tips to help me cut up before summer. i also want to get my arms bigger. they all good when i tense them but i like to have more mass when they are not. if any of you any suggestions it will be much appreciated. thanks people.

    ^I am confused by your original post. What exactly is your goal and what are you doing now to pursue it. What is your diet and training like. If you are really training everyday, you're probably overtraining. Need more info.

    my main aim is to shape up by summer. at the moment i train 5 days a week. on moday i train my chest, tuesday back, wednesday arms, thursday shoulders and on a friday i like to cover all my body parts by doing 2 exercises on each. each day i do 5 different exercises on each body part and change them regulary to work different muscles. at the moment im on a protein diet eating fish, tuna, prawns, protein supplements etc. is they anything else i can do to see more improvents on my body.
