need help

ever since starting a serious mass i keep being sick after i have it (just started)

dont really like it anyway, but its 800 calories per serving

if i have normal food like rice + chicken or something, thats only about 300-400 calories, whats best to add to get these lot up to about 800

im aiming for at least 600 per meal i have 6 per day

i had 2 serious mass shakes aday which would be 1600 of my total, now i need to make them up

thx

tried that it does the same thing, its when the shakes are a thick liquid it seems to do it, what do you add to chicken with rice/ tuna with bread to make the calories up

yeah well i eat about 50g of rice per serving and get bored, chicken maybe 100g, its only 300-400 calories, however i feel full after that but then can eat loads more

like a kid at dinner, feels full but finds room for ice cream

    Weight Gainer shake

    150ml skimmed milk
    200ml water
    50g peanut butter
    40g whey powder
    30g oats
    2 bannanas

roughly 700-800 kcals, when mixing always go over measurements instead of under

    160g - 200g chicken
    125g pasta
Dolmios carbonara pasta sauce or similar (~200kcals)

    again roughly 700-800 kcals

if you always feel full after a meal, but find yourself hungry not long after then carry a big ass shake around with you
TT recommended one in his "new to the gym" thread that was a decent amount of kcals

first and foremost get your protein, once youve done that get your calories
its all good eating super clean food and if you can do that, fantastic - go for it
but its a lot more important to get your kcals in. keep as much of your food as you can "clean" but make sure you make up your kcals for the day

biggest help for me getting the food in was shakes and the sauces.
with a decent sauce i could eat a LOT more pasta and chicken then when it was plain
shakes and liquid food (blended tuna etc) also helped a lot

    a day could look like:

blended oats in milk/water, solid food (egg)
    liquid meal
    solid meal
    liquid meal
    solid meal
    last meal of day

    your diet is awful period.

you cant put weight on because the quality of the calories is poor and the intake is low

either eat to gain size or stop moaning week in week out
