need help on everything...

hi ummm ok im only 15 so i dont no that much about anything. for now i just want to know how much weight i should be using to train. i just want to tone up and get stronger. im pretty limited for equipment cuz i cant get to a gym, obviously, and i dont have that much room. also can someone tell me if using weight will stunt my growth cuz thats the reason y i stopped in the first place, but now im starting again cuz im p*ssed off at the way i look. how much cardio or HIIT is enough for me not to overtrain. im only 5'2 about 115 lbs. im not sure about my bf%, i know that would help. my current split is:
Day 1: back/biceps
Day 2: Abs/Calves
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: off
Day 6: Chest/triceps
Day 7: off

i normally wouldnt do it like that but it's because of my job. anyway when school starts im changing it. sorry bout the long post, any advice will help, thanks.

    welcome to the board,
5 days of training in a week is quiet a lot, if you combine shoulders and legs then that will cut a day out, weight training has not been proven to stunt the growth so i would not be to bothered about that, what equipement do you have available to you at the moment and we can go from there..

thanks for the welcome. ok my workouts are not that long, the longest one is legs. i just dont have a lot of time in one shot so i have to have more short workouts, but i think i can change that. i basically have dumbells and a stability ball, i can get more, i jsut dont no wut to get. is it ok to stick shoulders with abs and calves? which order do i do them?

shoulders abs and calves are fine, always start with the biggest muscle group first and then go from there, i dont know much about training with the stability ball, but i am sure the girls will sort you out..

have you had a look in the articals section?
worth a visit for ideas and structure.
also check out the stickies if you already haven't in all the forums.

    Welcome to the board.

I personally have never used one of those swiss ball thingies so I cant help you there.

As Scruff says list the equipment you have available and we will be able to give you some good advice.

Basically I just popped in to say hello

thanks, because i just started again, i only have dumbells, i dont really use the ball, and i have a flat bench. if you i should really use something else then ill try to buy it. for now the dumbells are working fine for me. i just started my 6th week of weight training. i dont no if its useful, but i do pilates when i can, it helps me stay flexible. does anybody think the pilates will interrupt my recovery

I wouldn't have thought that pilates would interrupt your recovery; plus it is a good idea to work on your flexability
