Best advise i can give is get your diet in check. 'You are what you eat' couldnt be more true. At the moment your diet looks pretty rubbish to be honest. I suggest you start eating 6 small meals a day, rather than the 3 at current. Spread these out about 2-3hours between each one. This will help to keep your metabolism high and reduce massive insulin spikes, which can lead to fat storage.
As for quick results, there isnt really a quick fix you just have to stick with it, you'll probably see some good results in teh first few weeks, but this will start to taper off. Dont let this put you off though, just keep to your diet and work hard in the gym.
