need help with full body

hi, i need help with my workout please. the plan i have is:
 
A (mon & fri)
squats
bench press
deadlifts
barbell curls
hammer curls
 
B  (wed)
squats
standing military press
barbell bent over rows
shrugs
 
my problem is ive been advised by my chiropractor not to do deadlifts again. i know there is no substitute but what else could i replace deadlifts with

    Power cleans? They use a lot of the same muscles but with a much lighter load.

    did my workout today, just did bent over rows instead but will try power cleans on friday. thanks mate

    As CK said try power cleans, would also lose one of the bicep exerises, think having one of them will be enough with all the other work theyre getting, but thats just imo

    Thanks, my workout seems to take a bit long, about an hour. Any particular one you would suggest dropping or are they both just as good? Thanks again
