need some excercise equipment for abs

by the way im not sure where i should have put this and thought this may be the most fitting forum. if it should go elsewhere could a mod move it please.
thanx.

anyway like the title says i need a good excecise machine that works on the abs. i saw the 6 second abs but didnt hear the best responses from people who have previously used it. is there any others that people here have used and had successful results.

My sister bought one and it was rubbish really uncomfortable and awkward.

You dont need machines to work your abs.

Crunches and leg raises should do.

I dont think doing crunches on your bed is good for your back.
The softnest of the bed does not give enough support.
But Im not 100% sure on that!

If you can do 10 to 15 good reps for three sets then I would start adding extra resistance of some kind.

I would just like to add my inconsiderable weight to the body of opinion that we don't need machines to work abs.

Dont waste your money on useless machinery....

Get yourself a Mat..... get down on the floor and get busy.... Theres a wide variety of ab exercises you can do and get great abs.

If you must buy something get one of them sit-up bars that go underneath the door to aid you in keeping your legs still untill your abs get stronger.
