need some extra posture help

i am 22 years old and 5'10'' 150 lbs and am losing my posture from my skinnyness and poor seating. mu shoulders are starting to slope in and my pelvis is tilted forward. i had a phyical trainer for a while but at this point that is not a possibilty. i was doing some exercises with loose weights on my upper lower back and then some twists and situps and other ab work. i need some exercises on the machines. pull downs? i dont know too many othere any suggestions would help. i need to start slow then build up. thanks

used to do lots of abs. found they drew my shoulders forward and i started hunching a bit. started training lower back too - deadlift, goodmornings, reverse hyperextensions on ball etc. everytime i train abs now i make sure i hit my lower back too. my posture has improved alot.
i also made a conscious effort to sit/stand straight, abs tight, shoulders back, chest up - it becomes second nature after awhile.
