RE: need some extra posture help
used to do lots of abs. found they drew my shoulders forward and i started hunching a bit. started training lower back too - deadlift, goodmornings, reverse hyperextensions on ball etc. everytime i train abs now i make sure i hit my lower back too. my posture has improved alot.
i also made a conscious effort to sit/stand straight, abs tight, shoulders back, chest up - it becomes second nature after awhile.
