need to find intense routine and diet

hey you guys...im going to need a lot of help on this one. i am currently on week 3 of 6 in europe and my diet and exercise has changed tremendously, partially because its vacation and relaxation time. i have already noticeably lost muscle definition and increased body fat, probably due to the excessive partying. When i get back home in the united states, i want to have a plan setup to get back into my great shape that i was in before i left. can people direct me towards maybe some supplements that are made to get you back into shape and possibly an intense workout routine.

ok routines are going to be in the training section and as for losing bodyfat checkout this guide http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-ripping-up-guide-to-cutting.aspx

    Supplements: None!
As for detoxing your body, thats what your kidneys and liver is for dont believe the hype around this detox nonsense if our bodies couldnt remove the poisins then we'd be dead!

you dont think a fat burner or any supps would be necessary to give me a quick edge. ha i think i plan on gaining a total of 15 pounds in the weeks that im here in europe enjoying my vacation. i just hope its not too hard to get back into routine. its just impossible to lift or eat right over here because im living with relatives and its rude to deny their food and have protein shakes and such instead. is there maybe something i can take while im here to help me pass all the food im eating. maybe some psyllium seed husk or something to keep my passing my food or is that completely ridiculous?

Fat burners: Green Tea and AM cardio unfuelled low intensity
as for food, what do they eat and wht are you needs, nothing stopping you going into the kitchen and making something. Im sure family will understand that you have a certain way of eating and that you need to do certain tings etc. My mom is ok with it and im coming out to florida soon anyway, drop the excuses and get your diet sorted if youre that worried OR enjoy yourself and worry about it when the vacation is over, you have 50 other weeks in the year to train

no not a run go speed walking as this will guarantee you keep your heart rate down make sure you do not eat anything or drink anything either apart from water as this will cause a insulin response. Have a source of lean protein and complex carbs for breakfast after your cardio and if youre not training then lower your carbs and up your fats in the other melas and have plenty of fibrous veg

    Morning cardio is great.

    Brisk walk, stationary bike, etc...

Can have a black coffee before hand.

this might be a dumb question, but how long is it recommended for a brisk walk before breakfast?
