if anything, salt will make you retain more water.

id suggest going to the gym, popping a multi vit tab and staying in the steam room or sauna for a while! take some water in there too.

I've been using one of lose i suppose you would call it a belt but it covers your whole belly and causes you to sweat just in that area abit like a sauna suit for ya belly, i wear it at night it seems to be working well, also im sweating a hell of a lot is that the water dieing to get out lol

    ok i'll cut the salt.

and as for the meds provirion and arimedex i can get them but dont you think its abit late at this stage as i was only cuting for my holiday?

thanks for your replys so far

you dont have to have a zero salt policy in your diet but just limit the amount you use, so perhaps use sparingly for example if your food has sauce or a marinade, add no salt but if you have like boiled meat or fish with veg, add a bit of salt.
