needing help with Chad Waterbury’s Harbinger Hypertrophy routine

Hi

All I’ve been doing a 5x5 routine using compound moves twice a week for the last 3 months.

Ok I give up I now know I need to commit more than two days a week as I have shrunk a lot  so I have now made time in my life to be able to commit 3 days a week, now, I still want to do a full body work out though, so I have decided on the Chad Waterbury’s Harbinger Hypertrophy routine

The problem is that I have no idea of how to make a routine even when told what exercises I can pick. I have proved this by wasting the last year by trying to follow routines only to destroy them by pairing and doing the wrong exercises.

I am hoping that someone on here will have done the full 8 week Harbinger Hypertrophy routine am may be able to either post up or email (king@webmaxltd.co.uk) me the routine that they used for the 8 weeks listing the exercises done on each workout. I hope this dose not sound too cheeky but I am desperate to follow a good routine to gain back what I have lost.

Thanks in advance

Here you go mate, http://216.17.22.84/uploads/CW_Programs.zip download the file and it has all of Chad W's workouts in spreadsheet format, the routine you're talking about it is Total Body Training, all you have to do now is just print it out and take it to the gym now.

Weeks 2,4,6 and 8 ...does he mean to superset these?

I'm not to clear matey sorry..when he says go from say bench to rows as in antagonist ..does he mean straight of as in superset style or do bench rest 90 secs do rows rest 90 secs..or do bench straight onto rows rest 90 secs..forgive me mate it's the heat..

LOL ahh I see now I get you, yeah where its says A1 A2 it basically means to giant set them, basically supersetting them but with 90 secs rest in between them.
