    Hi Annie

Training is going very slow and steady. Lots of physio, thank god I work 2 door away from the hospital. Im into my third week back now and feel a lot stronger than the week I started. I'm eating well to give myself the energy.

    See you soon

there are a few ladies who train and also compete into their 50s. it really boils down to how the gravity takes effect in a bikini whether some carry on competing.

i saw a older lady over in naples a few years ago and she looked dry and had that grainy muscle look that only comes with years of training and age etc but then she turned around and was wearing a thong!!!!!!!! we all wanted her to turn back around. im not be-littling her here im just saying that women age a lot differently from men and that loose skin on the glutes will dictate how long she competes for, unless she goes with full back bikini pants.
