new cycle

k looking to start my next cycle in next few weeks last 1 was a test-e only @ 2ml e/w for 10weeks had some ggod gains but due to and inj finished my pct then cudnt train so lost a fair bit this time i was looking to do the same with the test-e but do a 6 week kickstart with anavar for a bit more muscle definition and more strenth jus wondering what sort of does to run the var @ and if 6 weeks is the right lenth of time also i took proviron lastime should i still add this if im taking anavar aswell

    how come you couldn't train then? did you adjust your calorie intake to account for the increase in BMR due to increased LBM?

    i would be more inclined to "finish off" a cycle with anavar, rather than"kickstart it" dbol kickstart, finish with anavar. although depending on your bf%, you wont really notice the hardening effects from anavar until you are sub 11/12% bf.
    proviron is a worthwile additon to any cycle imo.
    your next cycle may look like this -
    weeks 1-10 500mg test e
    weeks 1-4 30/40mg dianabol ed
    weeks 6-12 80mg (if its UG, which it probably is) anvar
    weeks 12-15 PCT

    what pct did you run last time, what will you do this time?

    run a pct with nolva 60mg on the first day then 40 for 10 days then 20 for 10 days and recovered well cudnt train because i had an injury jus realised i wrote that bit a bit funny sorry
    i did think of dbol as a kickstart but i train in mma and want as less bloat/water retention as possible but i loved being on the test  which is why ive chosen it again could i just do
    weeks 1-12 500mg test e
    weeks 6-12 80mg of anavar
    weeks 12-15 pct

    unlucky, what happened? i used to kickbox, but tbh, i injured myself more then than i do now, weightlifting and playing a bit of social rugby!
    i can understand not wanting to use dbol, i dont really bloat on it, but it still kills my ability to do cardio.
    test prop would probably be a better choice, but if you dont bloat on test e, and dont want eod pins, it should be fine.
    cycle looks good bro.
    remember though, after each cycle, you will need to eat more than you did before, or you will just lose all your gains.

    i fractured my right hand training my first cycle was dbol only and i found cardio hard work but wasnt to bad on test e so dont rele want eod injs of course ill be eating like mad so ittl be better to do the var towards the end of the cycle then rather than the begining yeah

    kick with tbol if mate, no bloat good strength, still make u hard, and shud save you a few dollers lol vars pricey

    week 1-10 500mg test-e

    weeks 10-13 pct

    or would the var need longer to do anything?

    mate, if running the test for 10 weeks, you want to start pct at week 12, and run the var past the test, right up until the day before pct.
