new diet

hi everyone,

i am wondering if any 1 can can help me i am 24 5,10 86kg
16 inch arms
31inch waist
22 1/2 inch thighs
15 1/2 inch calfs

i am currently off gear and wanting to go on a bulk/lean mass i will be eating 4500 cals 7 meals a day

meal 1 8am 80g oats tbspn peanut butter 3g cocoa powder 3eggs 4 toast n a bannana

meal 2 10.30am -150g rice 3eggs brocolli

meal 3 - 1pm 150g rice 150g chicken and brocoli

meal 4 - 3.30pm 150g rice 3 eggs broccoli

meal5 -6pm- protein shake 3 oat cakes or wholemeal buiscuits

meal 6- 8.30pm 150g rice 150g chicken brocoli

meal 7-10.30pm any fish high in omega 3 oils 100g cottage cheese

protein after training also if required i will be taking weight gain

also vitamin c vitamin b and cod liver oil ed

is this diet suitable for my needs
any suggestions welcome
