1 months on Mito, 1 months on Cytolean - due to not being able to stay on Mito for more than a month because of it's thyroid component. The Cyto you can because it's a straight thermogenic.

Have you tried the V2 Cyto yet?

cheers for that.... after reading the cyto v2 box it does say that but was still not totally clear.. even the gaspari website doesnt say anything..

ive not tried it yet but the reviews on fitflex are saying the stimulant is harsher than the original and i thought the normal cytolean was very good.

im going to do the mitotrophin and cytolean v2 course... should be interesting.

so many new supplement out now.. very eager to try lol.

what does the mito do to thyroid?

The 3,3' diiodo-l-thyronine and 3,5-diiodo-l-thyronine can be suppressive of normal thyroid levels supposedly, but are good for fat loss (at least in rats - see study below):

    http://www.fasebj.org/c...nt/abstract/05-3977fjev1

Hence why they recommend only using it for 1 month at a time with a month's break in between.

I don't think you need stims to energise you, even on a low carb diet so long as the carbs you're using are well timed (breakfast & pre-workout)...however, that being said, I did find they helped wake me up in the morning.

I'm not a morning person, if you're not either, the kick they give you on the morning dose is very useful in getting you up and onto morning cardio lol!

ive felt i need a stimulant when ive heavily dieting to keep me going at times otherwise just feel down.. ESPECIALY the morning lol... on a low carb diet doing cardio on just 20g protein is going to become very difficult lol.

    thanks for the info mate

I've got a sample of mitotropin, but haven't used it as I don't really want to mess with my thyroid hormones!

The 3,3 seems to be an increasingly popular ingredient in fat burners now...since this post several more have been released with it in. The Mito's still a top quality product however.
