new gym

hello everyone,

im going to be opening my new gym very soon and i just want to know if any of you have got any opinions you would like to share or any good bits of advice i will need.

    One of the things I'd suggest (don't take this as gospel though), is make it a real lax environment, but have common sense rules (everyone put their weights away when they're done with them).
