Hi sorry not sure how to make a new thread on here. I'm Paul 38 been training on and off since my teens. As I've got older I can put muscle on very easily but now I'm after the slimmer less body fat type of physique. I've got a holiday in June so I'm hammering the gym now. I weigh 14.10 at 5.11 height so I'm a bit chubby at the mo, not sure what my bf is. My current routine is Monday Chest am cardio pm. Tues legs am cardio pm. Weds arms am. Thurs back am cardio pm. Fri shoulders am cardio pm. Sat cardio am. Sun rest. I know it seems a lot but I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and I'm happy with it and coping. Diet is breakfast tinned mackeral or tuna on 4 rice cakes at 7.15am after training. 10 am 1 piece of fruit. 1pm protein drink. 3pm cup a soup. 6.30pm fish or tuna with loads of veg or salad. This in mon to Fri. Weekend same breakfast sat and sun lunch will be tuna salad with fruit Same sat sun. Evening meal homemade mince or chicken kebabs salad pitta bread. Sun evening meal chicken and rice or Sunday type roast.
