Day 3

Incline DB- 3x8
Dips- 1 max set
Skull Crushers- 4x6

Day 4
Shoulder barbell Press- 5x5
Lateral or Front raise- 3x8
Shrugs- 3x8
Abs

day 1.....do deadlifts first with a 5x5 scheme....do bent over rows instead cable rows.

    day 2
if your going for mass just do 5x5 on squats

    day 3
do 55 or 3x8 on dips and take out Incline DB unless you feel you need 3 chest exercises

    day 4
i don't like doing 4 days with a 5x5 scheme, i don't think you get long enough to recover for maximum growth.

    What Autiger said.

Routine looks quite god, but would be better with the above suggestions.

Take a read of Frankies 5x5 thread.

Would it be wise to preacher curls instead of standing curls? Or is that too much isolation?

I was meaning are preachers more of an isolation than a building movement? I have been doing regular curls for about the last 20 weeks......I was wondering if this would be okay to switch it up with...
