new poster-some pointers please.

hi there everyone,excellent forums+sum great reading btw,just after a couple of pointers if u could,ive bin reading the forums,articles for the past month+picked up some v helpfull info,my situation is that i work niteshift constantly and am trying to tailor a diet for fatloss,im 6ft2 16.5stone and used to train seriously bout 15years ago,i am a big framed lad+due to sum hard living ive put on a couple of stone in the past few years,i was in the forces for 10years so training/dedication aint a problem but my eating times are a bit confusing cos of my shifts-my daily routine consists of;
4PM-WAKE
9PM-GYM(40 mins weights,40 mins cardio)
11PM-WORK
8AM-HOME
9AM-BED
just wondered if any u guys could point me in the rite direction as regards to when i should be havin my meals,i dont have a diet drawn up yet,but the info in the articles will sort that oot no probs....thx 4 any assistance in advance.

    cut your daily cal allowance into 6 meals and have them every 21/2 to 3 hrs try and do cardio unfuelled when you get up although your 4am start might hinder this.
    16 1/2 stone is my goal at the moment and i'm 6' 2 lol
