hey guys, i know ive written a lot about working out and different routines. But i decided that im more concerned with losing fat than getting built. So i decided that im still gonna work out 5 days a week and give each muscle a week's rest, but im going to eat low-carb. I wont consume many carbs, hoping to burn more fat, instead of building muscle. Then in late March when im thinner, ill begin to go for getting built. Any thoughts on this?

RE: new routine
Sounds like a plan. That's good.
Are you going to do some cardio too?
