3000 cals adding 180 gms of protein and 400 gms of pastas or noodles a day but i just seem to burn it off, cant get bigger just leaner . have been adding mammoth 2400 weight gain into my diet as well but my poor stomach and body dont want to no . would like to do it naturally but it isn t happening for some reason .getting lean is easy as with a fast metabolism you dont gain fast and when working out i shed, but keeping the pounds on is a problem thats why i was thinking of steroids such as decca or dianabol.
