need advice from u long timers please, am 36 weighing 12 stone and want to reach 13 to 14 stone, very fast metabolism and eat 3000 calories a day plus protein and still no gains so am looking 4 advice on anabolics please. what can u recommend, would not b stopping on them long as my temper is already short and my missus will leave me ( she promised)if aggression becomes a big issue.been looking at orals but as i have read in the forums liver problems seem very common.

    You ain't eating enough if you aren't gaining naturally. Leave off the steroids and sort your diet first mate... steroids are finishing touches to work in progress, not building blocks...

    chers mate but steroids are fast builders aren t they and at my age i dont build quick ?
    any more advice that would help me build quicker?
    only benching 30 kg either side 3 incline 3 decline and 3 flat, used to bench 40 either side when younger.
    take creatine 45 mins before training and protein and carbs after, put 100% effort in and do look small but muscular as job is manual but same as every one else more size would be good . any help would be appreciated.

    Not if the nutrition is inadequate to build and support muscle growth.

    First port of call is the diet forum bro. I suspect this area is sub-optimal and without you sorting it you will be just p1ssing your money away/

    ben training hard for about 5 months, but havent trained seriously for 8 years when i used to train on sustanon but it made my aggression unbearable and wife and kids got a raw deal. so i was after advice on oral steroids like winstrol and anavar but people are telling me to leave alone and inject decca or sustanon,although i have only been training for 5 months i was already muscular in shape as i have a manual job and am eating 3000 calories a day but its a bit more bulk im after if possible.

    if your temper is that bad then roids are not for you - is adding a stone worth losing your family ?

    with decent diet you will add thats anyway - 3000cals? your not eating enough

    3000 cals adding 180 gms of protein and 400 gms of pastas or noodles a day but i just seem to burn it off, cant get bigger just leaner . have been adding mammoth 2400 weight gain into my diet as well but my poor stomach and body dont want to no . would like to do it naturally but it isn t happening for some reason .getting lean is easy as with a fast metabolism you dont gain fast and when working out i shed, but keeping the pounds on is a problem thats why i was thinking of steroids such as decca or dianabol.
    with thanx, much appreciated as i am a novice and dont want to do anything stupid without asking experienced people first.

    Not enough cals by a long shot. Sort your diet, and come back in about 6-12 months and then you'll be close to having a diet ready suitible for roids...

    Remember, you build muscle thro cals left over from your maintainence and if there is only a little bit left over you'll gain VERY VERY slowly (hence your progress). Bump up the cals and your body will have something to build with.

    Eat 6-8 meals a day, each with about 500-600 cals in healthy protein and carbs and a little fat (EFA's are important too) and then you will grow.

    Agree completely with this sound advice, at the end of the day steroids can only help you grow if you are a state of caloric excess and as you are not getting any heavier this is where you need to look first, you may think you are eating a lot but if the scales say you are the same weight it is still not enough.
