new workout and diet for 2004, what do you think?
right wanna pack on mass for 2004!
i will start this plan on the 5th of jan, i am currrently 155lbs LBM...stick! and wanna be 180lb ripped! so almost 30lb muscle!
i was going to to Cashman's 4 split routine, mon,tue,thur and fri...is cashman's routine a good one for packing on mass?
also will do 40minutes of cardio on my three off days, 40 minutes at 60-65% Max heart rate, to help keep my Bodyfat levels down.
my diet will look like this
7am 25g whey protein in water, 80g oats + 400ml skimmed milk(70g carbs, 40g protein)
10am Instant Mass (65g carbs, 52g protein)
12:30pm 80g wholegrain + 170g chicken/turkey/fish/meat and fibrous veg(60g carbs, 40-45g protein)
90g wholewheat pasta + 170g chicken/turkey/fish/meat and fibrous veg(60g carbs, 45-50g protein)
2:30pm Instant Mass (65g carbs, 52g protein)
6pm(postworkout) Instant Mass (65g carbs, 52g protein)
7:30pm 300g baked potato + 170g chicken/turkey/fish/meat and fibrous veg(50g carbs, 40-45g protein)
10:30pm 30g micellar casein(25g protein)
Altogether 375g carbs and 301g-320g protein = 2704 - 2780 calories
this is excluding fat, will have 3 caps fish oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame seed oil plus fat found in the food will equal around 40g fat = +- 360 calories
before you critise the use of Weight gainer, i choose this over solid food, because it is more convenient for me to take these + all that solid food makes me feel sick!
