new workut for ph cycle

hey guys i'm going to be staring a ph cycle next monday with 400mg 1-ad and 200 mg a-100. i currenlty lift on mon wed fri. mon chest and back, wed shoulders and legs and fri bi'c and tri's. I have had good success doing this. Howver since my ph cycle is only going to last 30 days that would only mean 4 workouts of each. Is there a way i can maybe get in more training time at the gym without overtraining? one of my main goals during this cycle is to get my triceps alot bigger bc they are the muscle lagging behind as far as i see it. Thanks

    I wouldnt add any more workouts. I would change your split though, the reason you may be having trouble with your triceps is that they are being trained every day to workout!
    Post you training program, set, reps, exercises etc for more detailed advice.
