this is my routine that I've started
Chest Shoulder Tri
Narrowgrip bench press
did the chest/shoulder/tri tonight as I have a bit of a bad back tonight nothing major,bit of a dull ache.
I did 3 x 10 on my full body workout, Im using 3 x 8 on this new routine.
The plus side for I was able to increase the weight on bench press by 2.5kg and still manage to finish 3 x 8, on the last set of shoulder I managed to increase the weight so it seems the shorter workout time is beneficial.
