newbie help with info please :)
Firstly let me say that i am extremley impressed with what i have read so far and the info from toxic on all accounts is hugely useful for a newb like myself
Ok so a little about myself and stats.
I am 22 yrs old, 5ft and a fag but lol no 5ft 8" and weigh 70kg
im not fat but could do with a little cutting and would prefer to bulk firstly and cut later i think. ( wise or not you think )
I have been lifting for 3 days so i am a complete novice and hope to learn as i go with the help from you guys and some bloody hard work in the gym
I am just getting to grips with my diet and will post in good time when i feel i have found a base to work from so that you guys if possible could cast your eyes over it and let me know if i could improve anywhere.
now to my question....
my friend has been lifting for a while around 2 yrs and has said to me that after i have a good base to look into somthing called m1t. now i have read up a little about it and as far as i can tell this is now illegal and classed as a form of aas is this correct ?
And are there any benifits from using this ?
Please do not get me wrong i will not be using this or anyother form of aas for a long long time yet as food, training and res/sleep is what i am aiming for as stated by toxic and a lot of you guys. But it cant hurt to research the aas and other supplements now and utill if i do ever decide to use so that i am well informed and know all pro's and cons.
