newbie

I wanna start body building (im 16) and made this workout for myself, just wondrin if its any good, and if anyone can help me???????

30x3 crunches
10x2 rowing on each arm (4.5 k)
10x3 (12k) barbell or 3x15 (4.5) dumbbell
3x10 squats with 16 kilos on back
10x3 (4.5k) dumbbell behind head
10x3 (12k)shoulder workouts

Any thoughts???????

    Read Cashman's Guide at the top of the top of this forum section and use the routine in there to start with.

    what bout this which i did:

    20x15 1.1 kilo curls
    20x15 2.3 kilo curls
    20x15 4.5 kilo curls
    100 4.5 kilo curls
    100 trap shrugs 4.5k
    25 pull overs 4.5k
    100 curls 4.5k
    100 trap shrugs 4.5k
    every other day

    oh god ive only being doing it a month and I know thats completey wrong

    err start with raising the weight and lowering the reps

    example 3x8 dumbell curls at 10 kg
