Don't fancy using a sweatener though maybe a sweetener would work?

I have made cheesecake using sugar free jelly.
Juice of 2 to 3 oranges + a bit of rind "depends on how strong a flavour you want"
Heat the juice and dissolve the jelly crystal in it. Then add it to the cottage cheese and blend.
I have added a spoon of honey to the mixture but if your have this last thing at night then maybe you might prefer it with out. Either way pour the mixture into a mold, base is optional and stick it in the fridge to cool.
