nitric oxide

ive heard alot about nitric oxide and i am thinking about ordering some. has anyone used this stuff and do you you rate it. it has got rave reviews but so has neally every other supplement on the market. lol. some one suggested PLASMAJET as one of the best ones. what do you guys think.
also what can i take before training to give me more energy to train as my shifts make it hard to concume food. i do 6am to 2pm straight from work at 2 i go to the gym and my last meal before that would have been about 11am so come 2 my energy levels are quite low.
im training for compertition so cann't take anything that might hinder me cutting up.
any suggestions.

Ive tryed Plasmajet as a sample, took 2 hours preworkout, and noticed an amazing pump on Biceps and back, and felt nice and full, the muscles, next day.Aside from that nothing special, recomended to be stacked alongside a preworkout such as superpump or no explode etc, for maxiumum results. I normally take straight L-Argainine, for muscle pump when working out, take either with other things prewoekour or ontop of preworkout forumuas, ull need to experiment as i did, as everyones body is diffrent.
Ive tryed various nitric oxcide products, most of them work to some extent, but it depends on goals, as they are all slightly diffrent, in terms of energy, pump, vascularity and so on.
Caffeine, in pill form, 200mg x 1 or 2 an hour befre workout can help, but as i said before everyones body is diff, for example i have a high stim tolerance so takes a bit more for me to feel it if that makes sense.
In terms of an all in 1, for energy focus pump and so on, the best ive tryed is No Explode, very good for energy, more so then other pre workouts, so id recomend this to you over the others, esspecially from what youve said about the shift times etc and lack of energy.
I take 2 scoops pre workout 30-40 mins before i hit the weights. Also if you do purchase a tub, DO NOT, get it in either Grape or Blue Raspberry flavour, as they are foul and have to be necked lol.
Ive heard Lemonade and Fruit flavours are the best and most poupuler flavours.

If you cant obtain any No Explode, try some Gaspari Superpump and see how you get on there

    Hope this helps

Plasmajet is the strongest ive ever used myself,

i did a back workout and oh my goodness.. the pump and fullness is unbelieveable.

i took a packet 2 hours b4 training, had a meal and then took a preworout drink for the boost.

as liam said- blue raspberry and grape are horribleeee lolol.... lemon and lime rocks!!

it actually says on the plasmajet box you can take it 4days in a row maximum... didnt see that untill a year later lol

Haha yh i agree Ravzz, the pump is very impressive, much better then aakg and arginine standard, also better then myrproteins no2, and bsn nitrix which are all meant for pumps and so on.I think part of the problem with most pre workouts are you either get the ones which specialise in one area more so then others, for example MyProteins Pulse, at more the average dosesage gave me amazing focus on my weights aswell as actuall muscle contraction and not bad endurance, however didnt get any energy or agrresion or strength increase, whereas say AI Maniac! i get too good a pump on a larger dosage, but need the higher dose for the energy, no strength increase or intensity noticed tho, however good focus! lol
So they all are very diffrent, and the best way, is to read reviews and take the plunge with no prodcuts somtimes.

Just finished my Chest and Tris workout today, and run some No Explode pre, and Size-On intra, and had amazing energy, endurance, strength and mass is allready there, just about to go have me postwork shake.Very good stack id say, ive run Sizeon/Superpump before and i would recomend Sizeon as a good addition to anyones stack.Pricey tho, i see a few ppl on the forums atm running standard gluconate creatine which is the basis for sizeon atm and obtaining good results.
I imagine plasma jet / sizeon(gluconate) and a good preworkout to give amazing results if u train hard and eat properly :P

    good write up there liam,

agree with you fully.. i feel xplode give me agression and pump, nano vapor lots and lots of stamina but pump isnt great, superpump great focuc and the poops lol.... there all different... it defo expensive going through them all to find the right on buts its worth it because you learn so much.

nitrix is good but i hate taking them on empty stomach all the time lol

im actually using the exact products you are... xplode, i use sizone on after and protein 20mins later. also plasmajet on lagging bodyparts.

Archie - sound suggestions given above, forget plasmajet and go for superpump or no xplode, if if you havent already try 1x200mg caffeine pill about 30-45mins pre wo mate.

Plasmajet and most pump products such as straight L-Arganine or even Nitrix are more a cosmetic/increase in pump/vaslcuairty, which in all honesty u get preety well, when u find a pre workout fomula that works for you, such as some of the brands mentioned above.Offcourse u can mix up your on but from what ive seen, plus others experinces that ive read about its not allways the best thing to do, can be messy time consuming and in the end you dont really save that much money, need scales or previous scoops all sorts so depends what you wanna do really.
Also i find YOU NEED to have an empty stomach or have atleast eaten your lunch/dinner 2/3 hours preworkout for the user to feel most N0 supplements working alltho for future refrence, id say that with Plasmajet its recomended to drink alot of water witrh this, a pint maybe more, as i had a half pint with all 10 capsules, and after an hour felt tired and had a massive headache for ages, due to the way it works on the blood so i read so yh lol

thanks for the advice lads. had my plasmajet and superpump 250 come yesterday.
so is it ok to take the pasmajet a couple of hours before training and my superpump about half an hour before training or is taking the superpump a waste of time if im taking plasmajet as both are nitric oxide. got some eph to use along side them as well.
my next cycle starts next week so it'll be intresting how i start shaping up
