sorry, Ive been a bit rubbish at recording my workouts! Ive still been plugging away!

The biggest update is that on 2 occasions now ive managed 7 wall handstand push ups! cant wait to get to 10!
today:
wall handstand push ups   6/2/1  rubbish! felt a bit lacking today!
pseudo plance push ups  12/11/11
wide arms decline push ups  12/12/12
dips  6 (wtf)/9/8
hands up press ups (basically normal push up position then walk hands a few steps forward  then do push ups)
11/8/8
slow reverse crunches with straight legs 10/8/8

felt a bit weak today but better than missing out on the workout!

Well good and bad from this morning.
It was raining but I went for anyway on the park. I ran out of time before the 3rd set as had to be at work for 7am
Warm up skipping
Pull ups 10/7 pleased with this
Wall handstand push ups 6.5/4
Chin ups 6/4
Wide decline press ups 15/15
Dips 10/8
30secs skipping.
Couple of sprints.

Would of loved to of done a 3rd set but had to get to work.

slight change today was that I decided to split my handstand pushups so that I don't move straight on to another exercise and had about a minutes rest between sets as I really want to progress with them  to get to a point I can do them without the wall

5 <--- very pleased to get 5 on the second set
4 (and 1 negative)
Really pleased here, it felt like a big commitment like all out on each of the last reps, also pleased I did the 2 negative at the end of 1st and 3rd set!

I then did 2 sets of austim dunham (youtube) home chest workout, I quite like this. I did it all on the first time round but couldn't quite stay with it on the second set, I cant remember the numbers but I was about 1 or 2 push ups shy on HML, planche push ups and the final explosive pushups just didn't happen at all!
the workout is:
20 normal push ups
high, medium lows, basicly holding the push up positions for 5 secs at various heights
wide push up hold 10 secs
10 hands up push ups, normal push ups with your hands walked forward a little
10 pseudo planche push ups
max explosive push ups

and about time I put up a picture of me, so heres where Im at currently, Ive definitely already made some progress so I wish I had taken a pic when I started!

today
wall handstands 7/6/4   pleased, overall still going up!

then did 2 more follow along press up workouts like above and an ab circuit,
My diet hasn't been as good as it should last few days but im hoping todays workout will kick me up the arse! im off to france for a week on sunday so looking forward to that! I will try and upload a vid of my handstand push ups today

sorry been terrible again with updates, had a nice holiday in the sun!


ive done a few workouts but today
HS pushups 6, 6, 3.5 (the second set of 6 nearly finished me off hence the rubbish 3rd set)
then the following done as supersets
pseudo planche push ups 12, 12, 12
wide grip push ups 12, 15, 13
diamond push ups 12, 13, 9

need to post more! I will try!
also trying to up the cardio to shift some belly!

Ive been really bad at updating! Try to do better!

ive been smashing the cardio and trying to shift some belly flab and concentrating on good clean food.

today was a 6am at the playpark and did the following

Superset of pull ups and wall handstand push ups.
pull ups 10/8/7
Wall hs pushups - 7.5(so close to 8!) 5/4
Gutted couldnt quite get the 8th rep. It will come though!

the following done as a circuit. So do one excercise, then the next and only rest ay the end of the 4th excercise

hands in front push ups 10/8/10
Decline wide grip pushups 15/12/12
Pull ups 4/4/4 and then 4 negatives
dips 8/8/10

Pretty pleased to be honest on a bit of a high with things at the mo so need to keep on it especially with the diet.
