indeed, helps sweat out out mostly water
also, at first your body sweats out water with sodium, this then reduces water retention. then you just sweat but before hand, you need to take some multi vits because youll sweat out minerals at the same time.
also, you have to sip water during the time because the more your body gets rid of water, the more it will try to save it when your at a certain water level. itll try to hold onto it after a while and this can cause water retention again, but hey, doesnt matter because youll always be sweating no matter what so more and more comes out of you.

There is no room for junk food in any diet whatsoever, leave the junk in the bin.
