RE: nothing works on me
If I have been training for 3 years and my chest are still so small and I even don't have max of bench press more than 85kg than that's no dobut it means I didn't get a good workout.
And my diet is very hard. I have 80kg and I eat 300g of proteins (chicken, eggs, whey, ...), more than 500g of rice, fish oil, olive oil, vitamins, ... and I don't remember when I ate last time pizza or any fat food.
Believe me my fibers are very different. And the questions is only that if that means I can with that kind of fibers do so hard training because they will feel same sore as somebody with easy training which means I also need to be extra very hard training to be overtrained?
