nothing works on me

I have been training for 3 years and I still don't fell chest or biceps next day of training.

A legs are ok, I feel muscle for at least 2-3 days after training. But I have many problems with chest and biceps. I have tried in chest almost everything and nothing works. Legs are growing very well but chest is so weak. I tryed 5x5 programs, I tryed typical pyramid, I tryed 20 repeats on series with 3 series, 5 series, 2 different exercies, 5 different exercises , ... and I still don't feel a pump or any demage on muscle next day. And I allways have training partner so I can go with last series to end of my power. I had 2 personal trainers so I know how to do moves properly and concentrated.

The only thing which I found out that works on me was drop down series. But not 1 drop down series per excercise but in one training for chest more than 7 drop down series. 2 for bech press, 2 for two-handed weight press, 2 for butterfly and one for excercies for which I don't know name. In that way I feel muscle again next days after training and at least a bit pump.

Question: Many persons said that my muscle will be over trained if I will do that more than 4 weeks. They said that 7 or more drop down series per training with max power to end si too much. But I feel only in that way any result in feeling.

Is possible that my chest won't be over trained because I feels same demage on muscle with 7 drop down series as somebody who has different kind of muscle fibroid with only 1 drop down series?

Thanks

Take it easy man, you dont need to 'feel' anything post workout to make progress imo.
I'd get away from that idea. Just keep it simple and intense.

I agree, just because you don't feel sore the next day doesn't mean you didn't get a good workout. If you aren't growing, then your problem is your diet. Going to the gym is the easy part, 90% of growth happens in the kitchen. You need to truely evaluate your intake plan and eat big if you want to grow. Lots of great articles here on how to do that. Good luck mate.

If I have been training for 3 years and my chest are still so small and I even don't have max of bench press more than 85kg than that's no dobut it means I didn't get a good workout.

And my diet is very hard. I have 80kg and I eat 300g of proteins (chicken, eggs, whey, ...), more than 500g of rice, fish oil, olive oil, vitamins, ... and I don't remember when I ate last time pizza or any fat food.

Believe me my fibers are very different. And the questions is only that if that means I can with that kind of fibers do so hard training because they will feel same sore as somebody with easy training which means I also need to be extra very hard training to be overtrained?

Maybe you need a new training routine?

    Try varying your routine?
Do you do the same stuff every week?
Mix up reps, sets, which order you do them in.
This leads to muscle confusion which = new gains!
