now or never,the last try

ok going to start back serious training and diet on monday 1 march.going to start from scratch,currant weight 227ibs looking to reach 196ibs, thought i will start a journal to help keep me on track, so today is my last day off crap eating, and iam goining to party like its my birthday ,lets get it on,

    angel de, yes party i did,ok only had 2 hours sleep last night,got up at 4.30am for work,5am add whey in water and a small banana 8am 2 toast 2 eggs poached small tin of beans,10am half mrp and one orange,12 noon half mrp and a banana,got home at 2,30pm trained at 3pm
    dead lifts 80kg x8 100kg x6 120kg x6
    lat pull downs 40kg x8 50x8 60x8x8 /curls 20kg x8 25x8 30x8 35x8

    after workout whey in water,1 hour later 2 tuna sanys,going to take dogs for a walk approx 1 mile/ 7pm dinner pots/peas/chicken breast,fruit
    summery of today felt i eat quite clean,/workout was good may be a bit much for first day back, ps wish i could use this computer better. lol im like a fart with it

    right today so far,up at 4.30/ whey in water at 5am
    8am 2 toast, 1 egg, small can of beans
    10am banana,apple,half pack mrp made in water
    12.15 100g fruitful cereal,half pint s/s/milk,/half pack mrp
    3pm 20mins light cardio on bike /abs crunches 3x15
    would like to train chest/shoulders/triceps but will wait till wednesday
    back is sore from mondays workout/arms feel ok,will eat clean food rest of day

    slept late today clock packed in,got up at 6am,whey in waterthen off to work,food for today 8am yes same thing 2 toast 1 egg beans
    10 am 1 full pack mrp in water and 1 banana
    12.15 turkey /mix veg/pots/gravy and 1 apple
    14.30 trained
    bench prees 40kg x 8 60kg x8 70kg x 8 75kg x8 x 7
    standing press 20kg x 8 25kg x 8 30kg x 8 35kg x 8
    tri ext 20kg x8 25kg x 8 30kg x 8
    after workout whey in water
    going to stick with 8 reps for now then will go back on 5x5

    10 am tesco egg an bacon sanys,1 apple
    12.30 baked pot,beans,tin of tuna,1 banana
    3 pm 2 mrp bars/
    4pm decided to do squats
    60kg x 8 / 80x 8 / 100x8 /120x8
    wrist curls 20kg x 25 / 30x12x12

    today so far/5am whay in water

    3pm 20 mins cardio on my crosstrainer
    4pm whey in water
    7pm rice/chicken/mix veg
    only bin back working out a week and feel better
    for it, waist area feels a bit slimmer, 2ibs lost so far
    any one reading this journal got any diet sugestions please

    i would eat solid food at 10.30 and 12.30; possibly solid food around 6am too. more veggies, especially greens ones but any kind would be good.

    congrats on weight lose. since i started dieting i've gained 2kg :(

    diet info only today was goin to train back and bis but forearms are still dead from wrist curls on thursday.
    9am whay in water/ poridge/ 2toast
    10.30 banana/ apple
    1pm pots/beef/green beans/bit of 0x0 gravy granuals
    3.30pm 2 sanys made with cheese and tomatoes
    feel on pins cos i cant train today but will wait till sunday
    food plan for later is chicken /mixed veg/rice
    will try to eat more solid foods as you say kmp,

    at work last night had rice/egg/chicken/fruit at 11.30
    same at 2.am/ felt drained most of the night
    got home at 7.30 whey in water,then off to bed
    got up at 1.30pm whey in water,bowl of fruitful cereals
    back and biceps are very sore,feels good though
    cardio for today is walking the dogs
    food for work is tuna/rice/peas/fruit/mrp bars

    got home from work at 6,30am whey in water 7am out to my gym
    started on standing press 25kg x8/ 30kg x 8/ 35kg x 8/ 40kg x 8
    bench press 40kg x10/ 60kg x 8/ 70kg x 8/ 75kg x 7x6 feel weak on bench
    triceps/ skulls 20kg x 8/ 25kg x 8
    tri ext 25kg x 8x8
    felt weak this morning should have gone to bed and worked out later in the day,got up at 2pm bowl of fruitful cereal
    4pm 2 mrp bars
    food for work tonight is chicken /eggs/veg/fruit
