I know a lot of people love them on here - but I think there are far better things spend my calories on!

What else would you chose to get the cals in? (assuming it had to be fats?)

    Cant answer that!
I take a fish oil capsule cos I hate fish, with clients I put fishes in - apart from that and a good solid diet I dont pay any more attention to fats in the diet.

Yes, I know that this is seriously counter the prevailing cutural trend on MT, but thats just my take on how to do bodybuilding diets.

If you pay me, and I am working with you for a specific goal, we build up some data, and you happen to be one of those people who actually are better of doing a higher fat, low ass carbs approach then I write them up that way.
I still dont tend to use nuts tho, more likely to use UDOs and other oils, plus fish.
