Dont know if it will be ok to use now, I wouldnt.
Try http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-powders/creatine/creatine-ethyl-ester-hcl/ If you want a good creatine powder (its CEE so it has its on transporting system so simple carbs are not required)

i would chuck it, creatine mono is sh*t comapred to CEE, imo dont buy creatine mon+dextrose imo look up CREATINE-ETHYL-ESTER (CEE) and buy that, it is much more effective than creatine mono even with dextrose! plus CEE is cheap these days.

creatine mono is anchent, CEE is the most advanced creatine nowadays

i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.

Ignore them. Let's say it was 5% less 'potent'. So what - you are being advised by the others to spend yet more money.

If that is the case and they want you to buy more - even if it is the slightly better CEE and you brought another 500g tub it would last you 100 days at 5g a day. So it's ok to use a 3 month or more old tub but not a tub which is a little older (the one you have now)? Do you know how oild the tub you might buy is when you get it - it may be a month, two months or even three months since the product was put into a tub and sent to their warehouse and that's without mentioning the time it was at the chemical suppliers. So none of those advising you to chuck it have any idea - without asking - how old their own creatine is. It could easily be as old as yours....

Sept-july=10 months, a litle bit more then 3 months

I took it as he meant the use by date was sept

And CEE isnt that expensive neway, just over £15 for 500g which will last 100 days

well, im using my protien CEE caps. they are having no affect on me at all (besides reduced soreness after training). i've taken this reflex mono stuff last year and i could feel the 'pump'- i could physically lift more after a few weeks.

heck, i might stop the CEE caps and start back on the mono powder

Strange that mono powder works better that CEE for you. Maybe you should try the power in CEE, but it shouldn't be any different really.
