on a course for 2 weeks

I'm on a course monday 180 miles from my home, I will be staying in a guest house mon to fri, home for the weekend then back mon to fri home for the weekend and bck for examination monday and tuesday,
Now, do I take my dumbells, or do I rely on press ups, lunges and crunches for 2 weeks???

Or do I take a break from training? (not keen on this option)

not sure how the guest house owners would react to me getting a couple of 60lb dumbells out of the van and taking them up to my room, lol.

cheers.

Can't you look for a local gym that will let you pay for every entrance? Even if its really basic they will have enough for you to get by.

take abreak for a few weeks mate it wont hurt you and may even replenish your body, imo your course needs 100% of your attention so i would concentrate on that.

Penistone, near barnsley, the thing is I will be in a classroom all day and then have loads of "homework" at night, so I won't have much time sourcing a gym, plus penistone is a very small town.

Ok, completed first week and I'm home for the weekend, managed to take dumbells and did one whole body workout, diet went a bit pear shaped once or twice, got on the beer 2 nights and had fish and chips both times
oh well, maybe I'll do better next week, lol.
the course it's self is pretty demanding, plenty of maths and formulas,, got one more week of training then back the following monday and tuesday for 2 days examination .

I just hope I pass, (fingers crossed)

Just to say the diet didn't improve during the second week and I didn't have time to train, I feel rather flat and fat, looking forward to a good workout tomorrow now I'm home, But not sure if I dare do body fat or weigh myself .

On the plus side, I did well enough to take the 2 written exams and the practical exam early, and I passed
So I am now qualified in the fine art of Ultrasonic Testing, lol.
