on dnp but not taking in much carbs?

i'm on a cycle now but on a low cal diet as well.

would a diet with very little carbs minimise the effects of dnp, or just minimise the effects of the sides (heat)?

ta all.

the idea afaik is to go keto a few days before to pre-deplete and run low carb while on dnp mate, this maximise fat loss, plus you'll sweat even more than usual after a carb meal, so obviously low carb is ideal.

Eat fruit to replenish liver glycogen and to fight off the lethargy, eph is ideal.

Weighing up using it myself after this bulk, if needs be obviously.

ta mate.  on a low cal diet at the mo and for the next month before going on hols. eating tuna, veggies/fruit and nuts.

i'm feeling warmer but not to the degree i was a few weeks back when i was taking in more carbs.

if you do use it - advice - on a day off, dont have a footlong double meatball sub like i did.  it's lovely, but i had to have my windows open that night to sleep!

between 3-4  a day now.  tolerable without much carbs.  avoiding minefields of cookies and donuts in work mind

i'm taking various supps, fish oils, vits etc and drinking plenty of green tea for the anti-o aspect

Are you doing 200mg tabs? If so, those are quite high doses aren't they? Are you spacing them out throughout the day? How are you finding the heat?

Have you been hit with the dreaded yellow sweat yet? Heard it can ruin your clothes and bedsheets.

What have your results been like? I think you initially hold water because of the dehydration effect, and it's not until 1 or 2 days after you see results. How long do you plan on running it for?

i spred them out mate yea.  they're 250mg crystal caps. the results have been good, very good in fact but bare in mind that i'm not muscly. i'm a fat twat losing weight :o

put it this way, an old pair of jeans i had that in jan i couldn't get past my thighs now fits fine.

you do hold water but i've never had yellow sweat, just yellow something else   this does work but bitch slaps you if you give into carb cravings.  the heat is also fine at home, less so in work which is why i have a usb powered fan on my desk that i got from amazon

250mg? Ouch. So you're doing almost 1g. I've only heard of a few people doing that dose and sticking with it. I'm glad it's working out for you though and you're seeing results. I think the powdered form is more prone to giving you yellow sweat then the crystallised.

I'm commonly hearing around a 3-4kg weight loss, per week. I was, later in the future, going to run a 7 day blast. I need to test my tolerance, but I doubt I'll be exceeding 600mg.

How long have you been running it for?

since january.  only recently tried going from low carbs to very low/no carbs for a while.

how much you can take, how much you'll lose is different for each person.  some can take more, others can barely handle 1.  some can't take 1 without a rash

Non-stop? ****. Don't know how you manage it mate.

True, but, at those kind of doses I'd imagine it to be very uncomfortable regardless. Especially since Jan. But, good luck to you! ^_^

I have heard, like you've discovered, that eating carbs raises your temperature. I've also read lowering carbs increases the effect and minimises the sides, but, personally, I wouldn't cut them out completely.

    Since Jan?

Sh1t me you must be a hard bastard....

I've heard of people taking 200mg for long periods but never 800-1000mg.... I'd be careful mate. Most people i've heard talking about running 800mg+ have said they'd had to throw in the towel after a few days as the heat was unbearable.

What brand are you using if you don't mind me asking?

i tried british labs ages ago but that was weak sauce - either that or it doesnt do much to me. crystal is generally what i've had.   iirc they're emeralds stuff.  while in work i take 3 a day and 4 on days off as i can control what the ambient temps are.  it's great having an aircon unit in the bedroom!

to be fair, in jan it was almost freezing to the temps were great at the time.  as for body temps, heat is fine (for me at least) until i eat something carb heavy.  that makes you sweat like a paedo in jail

cheers mate, how are you finding it for fat loss then?

I'm thinking of throwing it in for 2 weeks after this bulk during a cruise period on the AAS to try and shed any excess fat i put on and create a rebound environment and then going straight into another mass cycle.

I'll probably do it if i'm honest with myself, 2 weeks of feeling sh1tty beats running a 6-8 week cut imo.
