one after another

When I am working 2 different muscle groups say for example back and triceps I will do all of my back work out then I will do my triceps work out.

I was wondering if I should do one back exercise and then one triceps and etc or should I continue will doing all of the muscle exercise in one go and then moving on to the next muscle group?

    you could superset, but i don't think back/tri's work well with them, for me anyway.
