opinions on my diet please
at the moment i'm about 105kg and looking to loose my paunch before i bulk up some more. below is what i've eaten today, and i plan to change it slightly each day so it doesn't get boring. all opinions and suggestions are welcome
6.30 am bowl of branflakes & 1/4 pint skimmed milk
7.30 40g whey in water & wholemeal bagel
10.30 tin of tuna
13.00 200ml low fat natural yogurt with 100g blueberries
15.30 200g lean chicken breast
17.00 PWO 40g whey in water
17.30 300g grilled salmon, 2 large mushrooms & large handful of salad
19.00 200ml low fat natural yogurt with 100g strawberrries
22.00 pint of skimmed milk with 40g whey
i want to keep the carbs low for the 1st few days and see how i get on.
i drink at least 1l sugar free fruit juice a day, either cranberry & blueberry or grapefruit. and i drink about 4l water per day.
cardio will be 45mins 3x per week.
