opinions on my diet please

at the moment i'm about 105kg and looking to loose my paunch before i bulk up some more. below is what i've eaten today, and i plan to change it slightly each day so it doesn't get boring. all opinions and suggestions are welcome

6.30 am bowl of branflakes & 1/4 pint skimmed milk
7.30 40g whey in water & wholemeal bagel
10.30 tin of tuna
13.00 200ml low fat natural yogurt with 100g blueberries
15.30 200g lean chicken breast
17.00 PWO 40g whey in water
17.30 300g grilled salmon, 2 large mushrooms & large handful of salad
19.00 200ml low fat natural yogurt with 100g strawberrries
22.00 pint of skimmed milk with 40g whey

i want to keep the carbs low for the 1st few days and see how i get on.
i drink at least 1l sugar free fruit juice a day, either cranberry & blueberry or grapefruit. and i drink about 4l water per day.
cardio will be 45mins 3x per week.
thanks in advance for your suggestions

    10:30, 15:30 - incomplete meals
6:30 - better to have protein on wake, been all night without
    13:00, 19:00 - could have more protein
15:30 IMO should have carbs to fuel WO

would you suggest more meat/ fish & veg?
6:30 - better to have protein on wake, been all night without
maybe swap the times of the cereal & whey?

All meals should contain protein and carbs. Tuna and veg, or tuna veg and oats better than just tuna. Also better to mix sources (half tuna half chicken) ... but just make into a meal by adding veg, that't the main thing.

maybe swap the times of the cereal & whey?

    Yep

Either - every meal should be based on protein. Best to get from a variety of sources, but must have protein

They WILL suffer, esp on legs day

Could remove wholemeal bagel from breakfast and have small bowl oats pre wo - same qty carbs but better timings

Take out the bran flakes with milk mate, you want to be doing your cardio first thing in morning. Wake up, take 5-7g glutamine in water, wait 10 mins then go for cardio, on return have 15g whey protein (concentrate or isolate, doesnt matter), then wait 30 mins and start ur first meal. You can have carbs in your first meal but limit it to around 30 grams.

Make your pre workout meal 1.5 -2 hours prior to training. Add some carbs in it. If you intake the bulk of your carbs prior to the workout then your strength shouldnt suffer as much, remember you dont want to drop carbs altogether mate. The carbs per workout should help your workout sessions. Although your best off starting with 60g porridge oats in water, should deliver around 38-40 g carbs (off top of my head so dont quote me on that).

Cardio should be everyday though mate. 40 min brisk walk will suffice.

A couple of Nairns Oatcakes immediately prior to workout should help fuel your training, convenient and nothing to cook / prepare
