If you care to help me see the error of my ways please do!

Why did it fail i have added weight and muscle if any thing it was just made harder by having to train round some injurys (old rollerblading injurys not weights related, which are know being delt with profetionaly).

And my bf has not increase massivly tho i feel with better knoledge i could do much bettter!

Im planning on a long game to get the body i want i now it never going to come easy!

    my 2p

if you are trying to learn run diets for lengthy periods and change them then

bump for others but the more changes you make the less chance you can attribute 'gains' to specific parts of a diet

point taken! my last diet has been run for a good length of time but did varry not stricked on eating the same thing but all clean good food.

As i stated the reason for this re think is a possible move/change of job and would mean need less cals than before was on 4000 (training day) due to having to cycle a fair bit every day.

ok once im settled i will set up a diet like above and learn from there.

    cheers

i 100% believe unless the results are catastrophic you must guve things time and simply adhere to the law of thermodynaics within that framework

same with supplements, same with AAS

if you add a load of new things, chop and change you dont know what works

unless its utter cack, crack on
