what is the optimum amount of sets for muscle growth.
im doing usually 3 sets of 6-8 for chest (bench press, incline press,cable cross overs,pull overs)
same for arms(preacher curl,barbell,dumbell curls,hammer curls)
back (romanian deadlifts,t bar rows,dumbell rows,wide grip pull ups)
dont do triceps to often ie once every two weeks due to being fried in chest work out..
in week two i lower the weight and keep reps up to 10-12 for all sets
in week 3 dropsets from heavy to light for 2 of the 4 exercises..
then routine starts again
