ouch !!

Yeh so I decided to go back to the gym yesterday after 3 months off and what do I get for it ? serious bloody DOMS ! I feel like I have had a 15 round fight with Mike Tyson !

I trained shoulders and Back, and Jeez am I paying for it today

    Lol I know what you mean I love it but hate it too !

    Trying to lzzy up is like lifting a 60kg dumbell up ha ha

    Gem and I were in Tesco earlier and I looked like a right weakling, I had to use 2 hands to carry the basket ha ha !

    bloody hell they are getting worse, any tips ? hot baths etc ?

    Hot bath would get rid of the aches for abit, will come back in the morning to get ya though.

    For me sometomes working the area with some VERY light weights helps a good bit.

    cold baths after training. stops the micro bleeds.
