over reach?

Hi, i was wandering if anyone had any information on over reaching routines? I understand the principle but have only ever seen one over reach program (last year in MH)

Basically any input would be great, personal experiences etc...

I am really interested in learning more about this and mabey one day putting it into practice.

Kind regards, Tom

    Sorry about the delayed reply!

    That's really helpful, thanks.

I'm going to start a HF training program soon, waterbury style. I was wandering wether i should avoid going to failure on all exersizes and choose just 1 or 2 and alternate each session. Also i am not sure which waterbury program to begin with they all look pretty awesome! Does anyone have any advice?

    Thanks alot, Tom

Follow Waterbury's loading exactly even if you feel you can do more stick to the loading prescribed as it will stop you from burning out. His best routines to follow if you are new to his routines would be ABBH or Triple Total Training.

Thanks alot mate! Think i will begin with ABBH. I really like all his ideas, cant wait to try them all out. I like the idea of the "booster shots"

    Cheers, Tom
