overdo on cardio ?

i would like to know if too much cardio is a bad think. i have been on a very good diet for the past 3- 4 weeks - no junk food and to cut dwon on the fat storage i dont eat carbohydrates after 5pm (like potatoes and bread - just eat meat and vegtables.)

i work out 3 time a week and want to know if i want to get really ripped and loose the love handles and get the six pack wether i can do cardio on the 4 other days - i use the crosstrainer. or am i suppose to take off 1 day from any excerise at all.

any usefull advce ?

You'll be fine bro. I wouldn't do a marathon every day (I wouldn't do one once [:P]) but what you suggest is sound.

Do you mean you do your WEIGHTS 3times a week and want to do your cardio on the other 4days?

What type of cardio (low intensity or high) are you doing and how long?

It is good for to give your body plenty of rest but I struggle to take my own advice!

I would seriously recommend taking one day off from exercise to allow your body to recover, you don't want to burn out.
