pack on lean muscle without the lard!

I have been training for a few years now.
My diet has never been exactly clean. I do carry a bit of fat.
Can i pack on muscle without the gut.

I dont mind a little fat. but i have almost got rid of my gut and want to pack on some muscle but not the gut.

If my diet is clean can i do so?

    If you have a long time yes; by and large, if you want to get "big" the best option is usually to bulk then cut. The cleaner the bulk, the easier the cut.

    ive been trainning with this in mind and have found you can do it BUT it takes forever,so it realy depends on how fast you want to increase your size.

    you can do it without getting 'fat', but you will add a bit of bodyfat.

    I have no problem with a bit of Body fat. But i have been ona bit of a cut and have lost some fat.
    Im starting to think i have reverse anorexia. Im 6ft 4in and 240lbs.
    Feel like im small.

    Do any of you ever get like that when cutting BF

    You can add mass and lean out,
    Just make sure you plan you cardio and also that the meals you eat reflect the coming needs of demand and supply

    Well ive lost bodyfat lately, and this is after using t3 for a cut! The reason is quite simple, i started a new job where im on my feet and moving around 5 hours a day, and i also do 25 minutes of walking into work every day. If im honest, i dont think ill be doing more cardio than this until i need to increase my bleep test scores for the Armed Response Unit testing, as it seems to be working very well!
    Im eating around 3200 clean calories a day and still the bodyfat% is dropping. Yet my overall weight has not changed. Maybe the trenabol is helping as well though!
    One thing i will say, is that my body changed drastically when i decided that i was going to take in clean calories and only clean calories throughout 95% of my diet. I did lean out an awful lot, yet only lost a couple of pounds in actual bodyweight. Maybe thats the problem?

    I will be cleaning my diet up.
    I want to train heavy and pack on some lean muscle.
    Just now i have been training in high reps for more definition.

    I have lowerd my BF but i want to pack on some more musccle.

    I want my cake and eat it. Cut or bulk just never happy.

    Like you sugest Furyan clean calories.
    How do you rate T3? I have used Sdrol i want to try something else out. without wackin on the BF.

    The lesson that t3 cycle taught me was very simple. Dont play your aces before youve exhausted every other option. If id have ran that t3 cycle a few months later when id cleaned my diet up and had a more active lifestyle id have been sub 10% bf im sure of it. Because now after the t3 cycle, i seem to be leaning out, and its mostly due to cleaner calories and just 'doing more' throughout the day. However t3 is a great method of cutting away fat, just expect to lose some muscle if your diet isnt spot on.
