pain in hands...

I have noticed over the past few weeks that my hands were a little stiffer than they normally would be, but today I was trying to put some new keys on my keyring, and I couldn't get them on if my life depended on it... my hands were in agony after just a few minutes of trying to get them on!

Might not be steroid-related at all, but thought I'd ask here in case anyone had any bright ideas...?

You on hgh or ghrp? Or just aas?

Common occurrence on hgh, ghrp... carpal tunnel syndrome. Not heard of aas causing it though, I've not experienced it on aas, did to a degree on hgh though

no neither of those things mate. Luckily I'm not a concert pianist so it shouldn't affect me too much day-to-day... just a bit odd that's all!

if you are running and AI it could be dry joints, almost like a dehydrated cramp feeling.  I got it a few months ago, sounds the same. I lowered my salt, upped the water and took the ai eod instead of daily and it went away. not sure what helped but glad that it went away.

    hope this helps :)

Just an update - this is really bad now, to the point where I can barely make a fist.. When I wake up in the morning my hands are very painful, if I close my grip around something my knuckles pop and feel as if the joints are misaligned somehow...

Anyway, probably time for a trip to the doc's if no-one has any bright ideas...

Get on the aromasin and up your water intake to silly levels i.e to the point you're pissing every 20-30 mminutes if you haven't already.

It probably is down to the water retention and these are the only ways to alleviate the problem without coming off alltogether... although if you're that bloated it'l be affecting BP as well more than likely.... probably best to see to the bloat and re-assess...

It's not that I haven't bothered, it's not like I can wander into Tesco and get some off the shelf, is it. It's difficult for me to source, so I took the advice of upping water intake but that hasn't done the job. I didn't get an AI originally because being bloated for a couple of months doesn't particularly bother me, but the problem with my hands has forced the issue.

Fair dues if it's hard for you to source. But being bloated for a few months isn't good on your health either
