makes one girl sized portion:
mix together 30g oats, 3 egg whites, 1/2 scoop protein (i use vanilla), splenda, raisins (optional). heat frying pan with fry lite, pour in mix, cook until almost set, flip it over to cook the other side. it makes a thickish, puffy pancake.
1. add grated apple or pear to mix
2. add mashed ripe banana to mix
3. slice apple, arrange in concentric circles in frying pan, pour on mix (it looks like tart tartin when you flip it)
tried carb free one this morning by omitting oats, tasted more like a normal pancake. was a bit thick, would've been better cooked in two batches.
